Return and Refund Policy
At Exalt Jewelry, we do not accept returns due to the nature of our products. However, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any issues with your order please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
Shipping Policy
Exalt offers free shipping Canada-wide. We also provide shipping to the US and Australia, and are working on expanding our global shipping coverage. Please note estimated delivery times:

- To Australia: 5-20 business days
